IW GROUP AGENCY WEBSITE REDESIGN
At IW Group, my first task as Senior Art Director was to spearhead the redesign of the agency's website. The existing site was underperforming in terms of functionality and architecture, prompting the need for a comprehensive audit. My goal was to enhance the user experience by incorporating new functionalities and revamping the works section to better showcase the agency's portfolio. The redesign resulted in a measurable improvement, including increased user engagement, longer time spent on pages, and higher click-through rates on featured projects.
THE GOAL
I began the project by creating a comprehensive site map for approval, ensuring clarity on the pages and structure needed for the redesign. After establishing the framework, I conducted my first creative pass, reimagining the site with a focus on incorporating brand colors and enhancing website functionality. Throughout the process, I maintained close collaboration with developers, ensuring the design was both feasible and functional. I also provided detailed specifications, including approximate sizing, to streamline development and ensure a seamless transition from design to implementation

Collaborating closely with the developer, I created a responsive template to ensure the design and content remained consistent across all breakpoints. This approach maintained the integrity of the user experience, regardless of the device or screen size.
